I have just signed up to use Big Digital Download for managing digital course files for my Shopify store in the year 5/2025. After trying a few other products of a similar nature, which i found to be a disappointment. I can wholeheartedly confirm that Big Digital Download has my seal of approval. The app site is easy to use with clearly defined sections and options. The free live customer support is fast to respond and offers clear and precise feedback. The on-line assistant was outstanding and very friendly whilst attending to my questions. The overall experience was a complete success. I highly recommend you give this app a chance to work for you. I wish the team all the best for the future and the continued development of this business model.

I’ve tried a few digital delivery apps before, but BIG Digital Downloads Products absolutely blew me away. The setup was quick, smooth, and packed with features I didn’t even realize I needed. I love this app! It has been incredibly easy to use and streamlines so well into my Shopify website. I've had no issues with it whatsoever and would highly recommend it as its very affordable for what is offers. It even has a live chat with real people to answer any querries quickly and effficiently (Aurora was so helpful!) 5 stars all around from me. :)

Just getting started with Big Digital and so far it's great. Very easy setup. We use "Nofraud" to screen our orders due to a super high rate of fraud. We had an issue with the integration between NoFraud and Big Digital and the developer responded very quickly, made a change to their app and it's all good. As a business we need developers that respond fast to tech support - we can't afford to wait days for responses and these guys top notch. Highly recommended!

Just started using the app. So far it is working just as I need it to. Customer support is amazing! I had issues with the link on my customers account page and they stuck with me until it was resolved.

This app is great. We were able to set it up very quickly — literally in 2 minutes. We also had one question, and the support team responded immediately, clearly and precisely, without wasting our time. We’re very satisfied and will definitely continue using it in the future. -------------------------------- Adding a second review because I simply can't not do it. We had an issue caused by another app – and Milo from the team, who is incredibly kind, spent probably around two hours with us until he managed to find the error. It's unbelievable that this other app had messed things up so badly and caused us to lose orders. The support from BIG Digital Download is the best support we've ever had. I 100% recommend them!

So far so good, that app looks really promising. I wish it had a few more customizations for email and branding, but its good enough to get started. Amazing idea and great integration with Shopify's new features. If this changes I'll update my review.
