The customer service with this app is honestly the quickest I've ever experienced and its an actual human being! If you are selling digital products this app makes it easy to understand and complete unlike a lot of the other setups you need on shopify!

They have the best-looking designs and customisations for emails and checkout. Simple to set up, and if you run into any trouble, support is quick to respond and help. I tried four different apps, and this was my favourite, with the fastest support response.

This app has all of the features you need to successfully sell and deliver digital products. On top of that, their customer service is top notch. They get back to you within a few minutes with detailed solutions. A+ and 5 Stars.

It was so nice to be able to use the chat feature and connect with someone who could immediately answer my questions. Sofia helped me and she was amazing! She went above and beyond to help make sure my questions were throughly answered.

This is a great app if you're selling digital files on Shopify! And if you have any issues at all, they have a great support team to help!
