I tried another app before this one and BIG has turned out to be so much easier to use, with great customer service. My initial impression is a good one!

I'm overall very happy with this app. It was easy to set up, works perfectly, and fully meets my needs. I especially appreciate the ability to add a watermark to the PDFs sent to customers. The only minor improvement I’d suggest is adding multilingual support for the download interface, as it’s currently only available in English. Other than that, I highly recommend this app to any store selling digital files.

J'ai eu besoin d'aide sur l'application. Avec le chat on m'a répondu en moins de 2 minutes. Mon problème a été réglé en moins de 4. Je suis très satisfaite et la personne était très sympa. Je me sens soutenue et je peux avancer dans mon projet plus sereinement en sachant qu'il y a des personnes prêtes à aider.

Customer service is quick to respond, and setting up a product is straightforward. However, a bulk editing feature would be a valuable addition.

The app is great, works perfectly and does what it's supposed to, it's even free to start with and the support is great. I've had a question late at night twice and I've been helped within a few minutes each time. Rarely have I seen such good service!
