Easy to use and customer service and the help center is A1. I've tried like 5 apps before this one and what took me a couple of months to do only took like 20 minutes on this app. The guy that helped me was Mateo. I recommend him 10/10!!

Everything has worked great so far. It has been a simple, seamless migration from other digital download apps that have recently raised their prices. I highly recommend Big Digital Download. Their chat help is instantaneous and everything works great! Thank you Big Digital Download for making an affordable, digital store possible! THANK YOU!!

Set the app up yesterday evening with around twenty STL products. I found the process to be intuitive and straightforward—everything flowed well and made sense. It’s still early days, but we've already received a couple of orders. We did run into a small issue with one of them, but the support team responded immediately and were absolutely first class. Very happy so far and excited to see how things progress!

Amazing! Great features for delivering digital downloads and the support is 10/10 I was looking for a SendOwl replacement, because their recent price increase is just ridiculous. The features of the BIG Digital Download app are exactly what I need. I am currently bulk-importing ~100 products and just had a chat with Theo of their support team. Very friendly and helpful communication!

Although I’ve only been using the app for one day, I am very appreciative of the customer service that’s provided. I’ve worked with both Theo and Anna and they’ve been incredibly helpful with all of my gazillion questions. The app is easy to use, intuitive, and appears to be a good alternative to the one we were using before. Our previous download provider charged a fee once you went over a certain number of products, and there was also a charge for exceeding their acceptable bandwidth limits. Big Digital Download eliminates those two concerns. Very happy so far!

So far so good! The app was quick and easy to setup, and when I got stuck on something their chat support was right there to walk me through it. Setting up the license key system was painless and seems like it's gonna work well for my store. Time will tell for sure, but so far this seems like a real winner!
