Sono sincera, ancora non ho avuto la possibilità di provare questa App, perchè ho problemi pesonali con alcune modifiche dei miei file digitali, per questo motivo sto contattando l'assistenza. Sono veramente pazienti, disponibili, ascoltano i nostri problemi, e soprattutto cercano di risolverli. In questi giorni, ho chattato spesso con Theo, è molto bravo e disponibile, sono veramente soddisfatta, e sono sicura che troverà una risposta al mio problema.

I was having difficulty with getting the PDF stamp off my digital downloads and their customer service was amazing. They were super helpful, answered my questions and got back to me right away.

I tried another app but was too awkward to install, so I switched to BDD. Easy to install for a beginner like me. Great online chat support as well - so helpful and polite. :)

product: so far, so good, does its job service: excellent and nothing else. anna does her job (and even more than "shes paid for" i think) like no customer service worker ive been with so far (quite a few). shes very nice, not too boring, super competent and doesnt let me feel like our chat is a waste of time (which it honestly was from time to time because of my stpd questions :D). thanks a lot!

Fast customer support! Anna was extremely helpful in resolving my setup questions. I’ve tried most of the apps, and this one is exactly what I needed—intuitive and simple, just as it should be. It works perfectly for delivering my digital products. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable digital download solution!
