The response time and help on this app is unbelievable. I live in australia and within a few minutes I was talking to Leo. He was switched on and helped me set up the email test, as well as getting the download on the purchasing page. Excellent product, excellent service.

Very responsive, even on a Sunday! Mateo helped me through site verification and eliminating the Big Digital watermark.

I recommend this app if you're interested in selling digital downloads directly to fans. It allows me to do a soft release of my music via Shopify weeks before major outlets release it on their platforms for streaming etc. I would also like to mention that customer service was available every time I had an issue... and that part was critical because again, this method of distribution is new to me. - Two Thumbs Up-

The product works like a dream. The founder, Leo, came on a chat to verify my account to lift restrictions, and he was pleasant and quick and even offered to test my store with a product code that I provided him; he sent me screenshots of the download links that he received and was top notch in providing service. Finally, a Shopify app worth paying for. A+++

The contact support it is really great! I had an issue with a digital product which was not even related to the Big digital downloads products, but Theo really helped me resolving it. Really recommend this app!

So far so good! I was looking for an easier way to provide digital products to my customers and Hopefully this is it! Mateo was excellent via Chat as I'm still in the process of uploading products but he reassured me if I had any issues to contact them directly. Great Customer service! Thank you!

I just downloaded the app and spoke with Leo, the app founder to confirm my shop. He's super kind and ready to guide you through the app and answer any questions you might have. I also uploaded my first digital file, which was super easy to do so.

Does exactly what I need. Simple to setup. Clean look and feel. Was using another product for 7 years and the migrations was seamless. Amazing support also. Very responsive and always there to help!

Sehr gut strukturierte App, Downloads sind als E-Mail, sowie auf der Checkout Seite verfügbar, was es für den Kunden sehr angenehm macht. Der Support war auch absolut zufriedenstellend, meine Anliegen wurden sofort bearbeitet und meine Fragen beantwortet. Ich kann die App nur empfehlen und würde auch nicht mehr wechseln!
