2 review i post, but this time it's 8 months after using this app for my business: please, don't listen to 1 star reviews because this is the best app i could choose when i started my business, keep up the good work and thank you so much for helping my business everyday. Truly grateful.

I am preparing to sell my first digital product and was looking for an app to integrate with my current Shopify store. The app set up has been so easy to do and I am excited to begin selling my digital products. I want to give a special shout out to Mateo who I chatted with briefly to help verify my store. I am very pleased with not only the ease of using this app but also the support I received via chat.
Really it's the best I'm testing right now because I'm selling digital music samples and I had always the problem with over digital download app that fails and crash the page but this app is just WOW PLUS THE SUPPORT IS CRAZY! THANKS A LOT THEO!!!

App has a free plan that has everything to sell basically, paying plan come natural when business is growing. Customer service in seconds by real agents. From all I downloaded is the one Im keeping.
The app is reliable and user friendly. I had a couple of questions, which got answered really fast. I appreciated getting helped by a person instead of a chatbot. Also, we ended up making the experience even better for my customers, which I didn't know was possible. 10/10 recommend.

This is the best digital download app, don't bother with any other ones this is the best one i've tried so many of them. Been using this for over a year with 0 issues. They have a support team that replies instantly too not that youll ever need to use it. KEEP IT UP!
Hi there. Leo speaking, the app founder. If you're a legit review, i want to let you know it works without needing any support, you simply have to enable one setting on Shopify so people can download the files they've purchased right after checking out. In fact you've got several ways to do that (they will all work). 1st option : go on your theme editor and edit your "thank you page". From there you can add an app block. Add this app block. 2nd option : go on your theme editor and edit your "status" page. From there, add the app block too. 3rd option : go in your Shopify settings then click on Checkout. From there, you can enable the 'post purchase' page which is another different page where people would have the opportunity to download. If you do all 3 things AND if you enable the emails, then your customers will have 4 changes to download your files. Everything is built-in Shopify and has to be enabled on Shopify and the support is only there to guide you on how to do that (but if you already know how to use Shopify its pretty straightforward). This being said, honestly, i'm not sure this person is a genuine person. It really looks like some competitor paid someone to leave a 1-star review on my app. Reason behind that? At the time I'm writing this reply, he left bad reviews on my app and on Shopify official app which are #1 app and #2 app for keywords such as "digital product" on the app store. I'm including a screenshot https://ibb.co/s9hPGqj I would not be surprised if this shop was a friend of app #3 or #4 fsince it does not make any sense to leave such a harsh review (without even contacting me once) given how easy it is to use my app (you can read all the reviews about the ease of use) And to everyone else who've read that lengthy reply, you're a bloody legend and I hope you're having a great day ahah --Leo
