Their support is on another level. Especially JUDY. Always very responsive. The only thing I wish was added is being able to download all files from one order with a single click instead of just all files from one product.

I only just started today, but did one test run and it downloaded to my email brilliantly! Also, going through their Chat to verify, I spoke with Sofia who was extremely helpful, very sweet and phenomenal in customer service! She has a great personality for what she is doing. I don't sell too many downloads but the app works great so far.

Excellent app. Right now just having the free subscription to have a go at it, but once I hit the limit, I'll definitely go for the paid subscription. Great work guys.

I have been using this for a long time. Not only is the software itself great but it is a fair price in my opinion. The customer support team is the fastest out of any app I have on shopify (even the ones that are $400/month lol)

Excellent app for selling digital downloads on Shopify. Easy to set up, reliable, and handles large files well. The download emails are professional, and customers receive their files instantly. It's been a great solution for delivering educational resources, Boom Cards access files, and printable products. Highly recommend!
