Easy setup. Configuration for Thank You Email is configurable enough. Support was very responsive when asking for a cleanup of some test records.

Flexible and powerful, plus the way you can configure different types of digital content is something other apps just don't provide. Also has incredible live support, responses are lightning fast and always a real person.
