Uplinkly Digital Downloads

The Uplinky app is fantastic, but my comments will address how amazing and selfless their customer support is, because I cannot think of a single customer support experience in my life, where an agent has done so much more than helping with the issue I contacted them about. Needless to say, I highly recommend Uplinky!

I used the app to upload quilt patterns to my Sweet Waddy Jane shop. Michael stuck with me as we problem solved through an error I made when originally uploading the file. It's all fixed, and his patience, competence and persistence was much appreciated.

This is simply the best download app on shopify and I've pretty much tried or tested every single one of them. I'm selling PDFs and it provides everything I want, from file encryption to PDF stamping. I had a few problems with a security setting (acually an Adobe Acrobat reader bug) and Michael sorted it out very quickly. The support on this app is amazing. I can't recommend it enough if you want to sell PDFs with very good security against copying.

The app itself works like a charm. Definitely a welcome upgrade from Shopify's free Digital Download app. We needed to 1) host multiple files per product, 2) assign the same file to multiple products, and 3) product our servers from link sharing. Uplinkly does all that! Plus it's not butt ugly. By far the biggest advantage of going with Uplinkly is the personalized support. Michael has gone above and beyond to help us integrate, even providing input on website tweaks arguably out of the scope of the app. Incredible experience, and we're looking forward to a long term relationship.

I like everything. A good application and it's good that you can increase or decrease the tariff plan depending on the quantity of goods and the place. It was difficult for me to find an application for my large volume. And this is completely fine. When I could not understand something, the responsive support service solved my questions and helped me find what I was looking for. I also liked the interface. There are many features that are not available in the standard application.

I have uses this app for handling automatic downloads of music scores for around a year by now. It is easy to handle, reasonable prices for a small business like mine, and the support has always been first class. Quick, helpful and very competent. They even have added new features based on my questions to the support. Recommended.

I had a problem with my file downloads, and reached out to support on a Sunday evening. The issue was fixed pretty much straight away. Now that's what I call support!

Have used for 2 days so far and it has been great. No problems. Works exactly like it says it would. On the free plan, and support are very contactable and have made some minor adjustments for me like store logo in email template without any hassle at all. Thank you.
