This is simply the best download app on shopify and I've pretty much tried or tested every single one of them. I'm selling PDFs and it provides everything I want, from file encryption to PDF stamping. I had a few problems with a security setting (acually an Adobe Acrobat reader bug) and Michael sorted it out very quickly. The support on this app is amazing. I can't recommend it enough if you want to sell PDFs with very good security against copying.

The app itself works like a charm. Definitely a welcome upgrade from Shopify's free Digital Download app. We needed to 1) host multiple files per product, 2) assign the same file to multiple products, and 3) product our servers from link sharing. Uplinkly does all that! Plus it's not butt ugly. By far the biggest advantage of going with Uplinkly is the personalized support. Michael has gone above and beyond to help us integrate, even providing input on website tweaks arguably out of the scope of the app. Incredible experience, and we're looking forward to a long term relationship.

I like everything. A good application and it's good that you can increase or decrease the tariff plan depending on the quantity of goods and the place. It was difficult for me to find an application for my large volume. And this is completely fine. When I could not understand something, the responsive support service solved my questions and helped me find what I was looking for. I also liked the interface. There are many features that are not available in the standard application.

I have uses this app for handling automatic downloads of music scores for around a year by now. It is easy to handle, reasonable prices for a small business like mine, and the support has always been first class. Quick, helpful and very competent. They even have added new features based on my questions to the support. Recommended.

Have used for 2 days so far and it has been great. No problems. Works exactly like it says it would. On the free plan, and support are very contactable and have made some minor adjustments for me like store logo in email template without any hassle at all. Thank you.

The app works, it's easy to use, and the tech support provided for a problem that was not of their making was exemplary. Truly an amazing company.

App is brilliant - does everything it says it will. Better yet, the customer service is outstanding.
So good to help you change over to our service with your large volume of products! We learned more about the need easily mix and match physical and digital products as different variants for the same product. And combine the two together within a single variant. Wishing your business the greatest success this year. Excited to see you are also combining with Etsy.

This app works smoothly, and great customer service. I've had no problems so far. I only have one ebook for sale, but as I grow my digital library I plan to stay with UpLinky.
