I can't express how happy I am with this app. I've been using it for several years on numerous stores. The features of the app are great, making it very easy to sell/provide digital products, which make a significant portion of our revenue stream, and the service is spectacular. This is one of the few apps I always always install immediately in every new store I set up.

We could not run our business without this great app. It allows our customers to download our digital products or view them online with built-in safe-guards to protect them. I use this app to provide digital patterns to my customers. I have been using this app for months and it is great. No problems. Questions are answered promptly by their support team (they are also very friendly). I'm on their free plan which allows for 10 free product listings (and also has a lot less restrictions compared to other competitors' free plans). I'm coming close to that 10 but I will have no problem transition to their paid plan as it is affordable and their app has been essential for my store.

I only sell digital downloads so the quality of a download app is critical. This app has allowed me to create a seamless and customized journey for my customers. I'm always worried when I get a new app - afraid of what lies ahead when it comes to customization and customer service. But, this app? It's far exceeded my expectations. Michael is phenomenal and timely and (ahem) patient when it comes to helping me help my customers. Thank you, Michael, for giving me the BEST APP I use!

We have few plugins and apps on our shop. BUT Uplinkly is BY FAR THE BEST APP ON SHOPIFY. We sell digital products and Michael and his team are absolutely amazing. The app is great, downloads and file management is easy to follow and has no flaws. I will recommend it to everyone who are looking for file management for download products and best service! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!!!! just get it!

I absolutely LOVE and swear by this App! If you have e-courses, e-books, pdf or almost any digital product for sale, this is the App for you!!! I love that I'm able to see when a customer has downloaded and how many times, as well as control the availability.

If I could give this app 10 stars, I would. Easily the best app and customer service experience I've had so far on Shopify. The app itself is a dream for adding digital downloads to products. It's easy to use and understand, with lots of options that were important to me such as 1) using links instead of uploading files; 2) being able to edit the titles of downloads; 3) and making downloads available at checkout. But what really blew me away was Michael's support. He went above and beyond to make my downloads both look AND function exactly as I wanted. He was quick, responsive, collaborative, and genuinely willing and happy to make ANYTHING work. If you need to deliver digital files to customers, don't bother testing out the other apps. This one is a true gem!

The Uplinky app is fantastic, but my comments will address how amazing and selfless their customer support is, because I cannot think of a single customer support experience in my life, where an agent has done so much more than helping with the issue I contacted them about. I used the app to upload quilt patterns to my Sweet Waddy Jane shop. Michael stuck with me as we problem solved through an error I made when originally uploading the file. It's all fixed, and his patience, competence and persistence was much appreciated.

This is simply the best download app on shopify and I've pretty much tried or tested every single one of them. I'm selling PDFs and it provides everything I want, from file encryption to PDF stamping. I had a few problems with a security setting (acually an Adobe Acrobat reader bug) and Michael sorted it out very quickly. The support on this app is amazing. I can't recommend it enough if you want to sell PDFs with very good security against copying.
