I absolutely LOVE and swear by this App! If you have e-courses, e-books, pdf or almost any digital product for sale, this is the App for you!!! I love that I'm able to see when a customer has downloaded and how many times, as well as control the availability.

Very easy to use. I can navigate and upload eBooks to my store with zero issue. I emailed tech support to help double check my setting is correct. The team is really excellent. Just like all the other 5 stars review has said. Speedy response time. Very helpful and gave me excellent advice. Thank you team!

Our entire business is based on digital downloads-- Uplinkly is the perfect solution for us. The price point is a perfect fit-- in terms of customer service, all questions on our setup were answered IMMEDIATELY-- they also came up with ideas for customer access beyond what is described and we have now leapfrogged over the competition. If I could give this app 10 stars, I would. Easily the best app and customer service experience I've had so far on Shopify. The app itself is a dream for adding digital downloads to products. It's easy to use and understand, with lots of options that were important to me such as 1) using links instead of uploading files; 2) being able to edit the titles of downloads; 3) and making downloads available at checkout. But what really blew me away was Michael's support. He went above and beyond to make my downloads both look AND function exactly as I wanted. He was quick, responsive, collaborative, and genuinely willing and happy to make ANYTHING work. If you need to deliver digital files to customers, don't bother testing out the other apps. This one is a true gem!

The Uplinky app is fantastic, but my comments will address how amazing and selfless their customer support is, because I cannot think of a single customer support experience in my life, where an agent has done so much more than helping with the issue I contacted them about. Needless to say, I highly recommend Uplinky!

I used the app to upload quilt patterns to my Sweet Waddy Jane shop. Michael stuck with me as we problem solved through an error I made when originally uploading the file. It's all fixed, and his patience, competence and persistence was much appreciated.

This is simply the best download app on shopify and I've pretty much tried or tested every single one of them. I'm selling PDFs and it provides everything I want, from file encryption to PDF stamping. I had a few problems with a security setting (acually an Adobe Acrobat reader bug) and Michael sorted it out very quickly. The support on this app is amazing. I can't recommend it enough if you want to sell PDFs with very good security against copying.

This is tremendous app with outstanding customer support. Michael solved my problem really fast. The thing I like the most is that you can customize this app according on your needs (of course with the help of Michael). I would recommend this product 100% without any hesitation!

The app itself works like a charm. Definitely a welcome upgrade from Shopify's free Digital Download app. We needed to 1) host multiple files per product, 2) assign the same file to multiple products, and 3) product our servers from link sharing. Uplinkly does all that! Plus it's not butt ugly. By far the biggest advantage of going with Uplinkly is the personalized support. Michael has gone above and beyond to help us integrate, even providing input on website tweaks arguably out of the scope of the app. Incredible experience, and we're looking forward to a long term relationship.

I like everything. A good application and it's good that you can increase or decrease the tariff plan depending on the quantity of goods and the place. It was difficult for me to find an application for my large volume. And this is completely fine. When I could not understand something, the responsive support service solved my questions and helped me find what I was looking for. I also liked the interface. There are many features that are not available in the standard application.

I have uses this app for handling automatic downloads of music scores for around a year by now. It is easy to handle, reasonable prices for a small business like mine, and the support has always been first class. Quick, helpful and very competent. They even have added new features based on my questions to the support. Recommended.

I had a problem with my file downloads, and reached out to support on a Sunday evening. The issue was fixed pretty much straight away. Now that's what I call support!

If I could give this app a million stars I would. The creator of this app is amazing he saved my entire store for me when shopify wasn't even willing to help at all no support period. When I sent an email to this app for support I got an email back and support was given to me freely. I haven't paid for this app yet because they do offer a free trial so I am in that stage. For them it isn't about money at all it is about the customers...giving them support...making them successful...taking away stress. Customer service is something you cannot replace when it comes to your business. As long as I am with shopify this app will have my business. It has some quite amazing features too! Don't even think about it if you are searching for an app for your digital downloads this is HANDS DOWN the best choice in the app store! I honestly will never be able to say Thank you enough. Keep being amazing and treating people as I was treated. GREAT THINGS are coming your way. There are still good people in the world and you are one of them!

This app works great and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend. They returned my emails within the same day and helped me customize a template to meet the needs of my store. They went above and beyond helping me with my set up. It's very easy to use and the customers have been very happy with their experience as well.
