Only errors. eMail for the download link comes only after minutes, the sender address is not the one from the store, the link in the eMail to download the pdf file leads to an error page - junk
Sorry to hear that! We have added new features and now download options are shown on the Thank you and order status pages. You can try that so your customer gets downloads instantly. Thanks

I’ve been using Digitally for 2 months, and it’s been working great super easy to set up and manage digital products, and customers get their downloads instantly really happy with it wishing the team all the best for future updates

Honestly, I was doubtful in the beginning as I had large file sizes that no other app can contain, but I am impressed! Also, when I spoke with an advisor they were punctual and responsive. Just what I expect from a business partner! Thank you Digitally, although I hope I can get customization to add my e-mail ID and logo to the e-mails sent to customers, but for a free plan, I am definitely satisfied!

Great product, and does what it needs, but could use some improvements. wish there was a way to upload different files for different variants of a product. It was mentioned in a previous review, but it was never worked on. I would REALLY love a page where a user can log in to their Shopify account and access all purchased download links in one page, I've seen this in other apps. Other than that, the app works well.
Thanks for your reviews. We have implemented Variants based digital products so now you can upload files to each variant. So try it and hope you update review :)

It's the weekend and I installed this app. I need to fulfill orders by sending a link and a photo. But there are no help docs! None! At least I can't find them. I sent a help request and got a message back that there is no one around to help! I need are some kind of instructional docs or FAQ page! I can't wait until Monday because I have several orders to fulfill today! Uninstalling this app as soon as I finish this review!

The feature you requested is not currently available in our app. Also, we replied to you within 20 minutes and asked you about this new feature and how you want it so we implemented it in our app ASAP. We would be happy if you shared details of the feature you want then we will implement it within a few days.

No admitía archivos grandes, pero se han puesto en contacto conmigo después de la review y dicen que ya se admiten archivos de hasta 1GB o más si te es necesario, la app es muy fácil de manejar aun que no esté en Español, muy intuitiva.
Thank you for your review. We mentioned that the max file size is 100MB per file in our app. But now we changed it to 1 GB per file. Also, we provide up to 5GB per file upload on user request.

This is perfect for simple instant downloads. It's incredibly easy to use for both the store and the customer. It works so smoothly, and bonus, it's free. You cannot beat that!
