The app advertises that it connects Mercari to shopify store and it does not. This integration is difficult to find so I was ecstatic when I found it. I could not find Mercari in their list of available sales channels to connect. I then contacted support and was told that the integration was in beta testing and was asked if I would like to test it. So I did. After giving them access to both my shopify store and mercari account I was told it would take a couple days for them to set up and they would keep me updated. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I sent a message asking for an update (i'm not real fond of giving access to my accounts in the first place). I was told the integration was still being developed and would not be available for a while. I do not agree with asking for access to my accounts if you know you don't have a finished product. This is not a good business practice. I will not be using them for any integration and would recommend that others consider other options as well

Commercium by Constacloud is a great integration saving a lot of time once set up. Set up is quite simple and offers different ways to map products to your secondary channel which provides flexibility on what items you want to sync. Currently using it with OnBuy and eBay and would be looking to add Amazon as a third Channel in the future. Additionally, looks like once setup settings do no require to be looked at again as new products are synced automatically if they match the criteria present. In addition, support is almost instant and professional, been supported every step of the way and any issues are addressed quickly.

Amazing product works really well I use this for Temu, the range and Mirakl and it's exceed expectations and works automatically saving hours Equally the customer service is top tier! 10/10

Very helpful team. Really good dedicated, professional and knowledgeable customer service (with live chats, whatsapp support). We use an ominchannel marketplace strategy in the UK such as Etsy, Ebay and others. Any issue is dealt with straight away - it is almost as if we have our own IT team. Thanks team!
