This app is nowhere near ready for commercial release. At this stage we just connected eBay and Amazon with the plan to connect other marketplaces, but it never really worked as advertised from day 1. We have been using the app since February and at this point we no longer have the time or energy to continue reporting the problems, errors and glitches that have plagued the app since installation. These included 1. The inability to sync inventory from correct warehouse locations, despite advertising it could. This had to be fixed on the run. 2. Ebay variations not displaying in correct order and overall poor handling of variation listings in ebay 3. Inability to adjust pricing in the app for foreign currency or different marketplaces 4. Listing plans not validating correctly costing us hundreds of dollars in excess ebay listing fees 5. Marketplace shipping policies not writing correctly into Shopify orders 6. Orders being allocated to incorrect warehouse locations 7. No ability to enable or disable which products get listed 8. Occasional inventory not syncing correctly resulting in overselling 9. Inability for users to refresh/resync listings without having to contact support Over the months using this app, some of these problems were addressed, but it's mind boggling that nobody else had flagged these issues previously considering they claim to have 4000+ customers. They seem to advertise, and their "customer reviews" reflect that they are a competent and experienced app developer, but in reality, dealing with them has been shambolic. I was more like a beta test client, not a fully paid subscriber. I eventually had to cut my losses and quit.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. During your onboarding, you did encounter a number of issues, and whenever they were brought to our attention, our team worked to investigate and resolve them as quickly as possible. Commercium is a production-ready platform that is successfully used by many businesses to manage their marketplace operations. Some of the points mentioned in your review relate to configuration matters that we repeatedly offered to help resolve through live calls. Unfortunately, those invitations were declined. To make things easier, our team also created dedicated tutorial videos specifically for your account, but we were unable to continue working through those items together. A few of the requests mentioned were not defects but custom functionality requested for your particular workflow. We agreed to build those enhancements and communicated realistic timelines. As with any enterprise software, customizations must be carefully developed and tested to ensure they do not adversely affect other customers using the platform. For over five months, our team remained actively engaged in supporting your account and responding to your requests. We are always happy to help our customers and regularly go beyond standard support where we can. We respect every customer's right to share their experience. However, we believe several statements in this review do not accurately reflect the circumstances or the support that was provided. If you are open to it, we would still welcome the opportunity to discuss any outstanding concerns and work toward a constructive resolution. We wish you and your business all the very best.

Update! If you leave a bad review, the management team will send you a threatening email, as if leaving a negative review violates their policy, which proves they actively manipulate their reviews. The level of aggression to get you to talk over the phone just to integrate their app is incredible, and honestly, it's not surprising. They repeatedly urge you to speak with a representative over the phone before attempting to resolve issues through chat support. Support is slow and seems designed to frustrate you, pushing you toward a call with them. Avoid this app; it feels like a call center nightmare.

Thank you for updating your review. We respect every customer's right to leave honest feedback, whether positive or negative, and we have never asked customers to remove genuine reviews simply because they are unfavorable. The reason we contacted you privately was because your review contained a specific factual allegation that our team repeatedly attempted to upsell you instead of providing support. After reviewing our communication records, we could not find evidence supporting that allegation. Our emails requested technical onboarding and configuration calls intended to help you complete your integration and resolve the issues you reported. At no point did we request a sales call or attempt to sell you additional services. We therefore asked whether you could provide any communication supporting that claim or, if not, consider amending that specific statement. We believe it is reasonable for any business to seek correction of factual inaccuracies while fully respecting a customer's right to express their opinions and experiences. Our support team remains committed to helping customers through both chat and scheduled technical calls. Many integration issues can be resolved more efficiently in a live session, which is why we often offer that option. Customers are never required to purchase additional services to receive technical support. We remain disappointed that your experience did not meet your expectations and sincerely wish you and your business every success.

The app advertises that it connects Mercari to shopify store and it does not. This integration is difficult to find so I was ecstatic when I found it. I could not find Mercari in their list of available sales channels to connect. I then contacted support and was told that the integration was in beta testing and was asked if I would like to test it. So I did. After giving them access to both my shopify store and mercari account I was told it would take a couple days for them to set up and they would keep me updated. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I sent a message asking for an update (i'm not real fond of giving access to my accounts in the first place). I was told the integration was still being developed and would not be available for a while. I do not agree with asking for access to my accounts if you know you don't have a finished product. This is not a good business practice. I will not be using them for any integration and would recommend that others consider other options as well

Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we apologize for the confusion and poor experience. We would like to clarify that the Mercari integration was not advertised without any existing work behind it. We previously had a working Mercari integration, but due to recent changes in Mercari’s policies/API, the existing connection stopped functioning as expected. Our team was actively working with Mercari to find a solution and restore the integration. When you contacted us, we believed the required updates could be completed and offered beta access to validate the updated connection. Unfortunately, due to dependencies and delays outside our control, we were unable to complete the update within the expected timeframe. We also understand your concern about providing account access. Access was requested only for integration testing and troubleshooting purposes, never with any other intention. However, we agree that we should have communicated the status and delays more proactively instead of leaving you waiting for an update. We appreciate your feedback and will use this experience to improve how we communicate beta availability and integration timelines going forward.
