A big thank you to Mahima for her excellent support in helping us set up our product sync with OnBuy through the ConstaCloud All in 1 Connector. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, and the setup felt much more straightforward with her help. Great service and much appreciated! I'm hoping to have the same experience with Amazon and will update once completed!

The level of aggressive upselling is incredible, and honestly, it's not surprising. They repeatedly urge you to speak with a sales representative over the phone before attempting to resolve issues through chat support. Support is slow and seems designed to frustrate you, encouraging you to switch to a call with their sales team. Avoid this app; it feels like a call center nightmare.
Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that your experience felt this way, but we would like to clarify a few points. The call we suggested was with our **support/onboarding team, not a sales representative**. For first-time setup and troubleshooting, we often recommend a live call because it allows us to understand your requirements, configure things correctly, and resolve issues much faster than a back-and-forth chat conversation. As requested, we continued assisting you through chat as well. However, due to the nature of chat-based troubleshooting, collecting details, reviewing configurations, and providing step-by-step guidance can naturally take longer compared to a live session. Regarding upselling: yes, we do offer plan upgrades, but only when customers are actively using the app and their usage exceeds the limits included in their current plan (such as sync volume or required features). We never intentionally slow down support or create frustration to push customers toward upgrading. Our goal is always to help customers successfully use the app and grow with it. We appreciate your feedback and will continue improving how we communicate our onboarding and support options.
I'm not a very technical person, but the Commerium team helped us set everything up and understood exactly what we needed. They are a great team to work with

I'm so impressed with the service. They've been extremely responsive, They have support for all the marketplaces so if you need help with ebay there's someone to talk to. Good support is everything and they nailed it.

The app advertises that it connects Mercari to shopify store and it does not. This integration is difficult to find so I was ecstatic when I found it. I could not find Mercari in their list of available sales channels to connect. I then contacted support and was told that the integration was in beta testing and was asked if I would like to test it. So I did. After giving them access to both my shopify store and mercari account I was told it would take a couple days for them to set up and they would keep me updated. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I sent a message asking for an update (i'm not real fond of giving access to my accounts in the first place). I was told the integration was still being developed and would not be available for a while. I do not agree with asking for access to my accounts if you know you don't have a finished product. This is not a good business practice. I will not be using them for any integration and would recommend that others consider other options as well
Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we apologize for the confusion and poor experience. We would like to clarify that the Mercari integration was not advertised without any existing work behind it. We previously had a working Mercari integration, but due to recent changes in Mercari’s policies/API, the existing connection stopped functioning as expected. Our team was actively working with Mercari to find a solution and restore the integration. When you contacted us, we believed the required updates could be completed and offered beta access to validate the updated connection. Unfortunately, due to dependencies and delays outside our control, we were unable to complete the update within the expected timeframe. We also understand your concern about providing account access. Access was requested only for integration testing and troubleshooting purposes, never with any other intention. However, we agree that we should have communicated the status and delays more proactively instead of leaving you waiting for an update. We appreciate your feedback and will use this experience to improve how we communicate beta availability and integration timelines going forward.
Commercium by Constacloud is a great integration saving a lot of time once set up. Set up is quite simple and offers different ways to map products to your secondary channel which provides flexibility on what items you want to sync. Currently using it with OnBuy and eBay and would be looking to add Amazon as a third Channel in the future. Additionally, looks like once setup settings do no require to be looked at again as new products are synced automatically if they match the criteria present. In addition, support is almost instant and professional, been supported every step of the way and any issues are addressed quickly.

Very helpful team. Really good dedicated, professional and knowledgeable customer service (with live chats, whatsapp support). We use an ominchannel marketplace strategy in the UK such as Etsy, Ebay and others. Any issue is dealt with straight away - it is almost as if we have our own IT team. Thanks team!
