Connecting was simple and easy...and, unlike other platforms, they have FANTASTIC LIVE PHONE SUPPORT!!! AAAAA++++ Thank you for all of your assistance!!!
Very helpful on setting up, they are very knowledgeable and have a person who specialized in each marketplace assigned to each integration. Did the initial set ups by phone, e-mail replies are always very quick. Set up 3 marketplaces to connect so far with Shopify, its incredible how easy it is sync our inventory and orders without worrying about oversells.

Ik ben erg tevreden over deze app. De synchronisatie met Shopify werkt snel en betrouwbaar en bespaart mij veel handmatig werk. Commercium has been a great integration partner for us helping us streamline and automate out order management and operational workflow across all marketplaces and channels that we sell on. We have been able to reduce the manual workload , optimise and speed up our operations and processes using their technology. Also, the commercium team provides amazing and prompt customer support with dedicated whatsapp groups and helps us iron out any issues prompty with respect to integrations orders etc. They truly handhold D2C brands for integration and order syncing across channels.
