Segunda vez que la app falla y no puedo desactivar mis campañas de descuento. La app queda en bucle de autenticación con Shopify y no hay forma de revertir los cambios de precio. Esto me ha generado problemas con mis proveedores. Pago $25/mes por una herramienta que cuando falla no tiene solución rápida. El soporte debe mejorar urgentemente.

While we had a failover in place, it didn't work as it should have in this case. We've identified the cause and are implementing a fix.
