This app is useless.First of all it shows these prices for plans before installing but after installation the plans prices are high and there is no 14 days free trial like it says here . Worst app ever.

I’ve checked your account and can see a Lite plan trial was started yesterday from the app. The offer shown there - 14-day free trial plus 25% off the first month (-$2.50) - matches what’s in the app listing. It looks like the subscription wasn’t completed because it was declined by you on the final confirmation screen. If you’d like to start the trial: 1. Open the app → choose Lite → Start free trial 2. Confirm on the subscription activation screen (You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime in your store settings.) If this doesn’t match what you saw, please send a screenshot of the confirmation page or any error. We’ll sort it out quickly. The first time I made a campaign, it said I went over the limit for the free plan and I had to upgrade it to a paid one. I did the upgrade expecting the selected products will be saved as draft as promised. When I went back to start the campaign the draft was nowhere to be found. More than 60 individual items manually selected and I had to start over. I almost lost the desire to even push through with the promo but decided to give it another try. After going through the painstakingly long, manual adding of items I finally started the campaign. Only to find that it did not do what we wanted it to. The fixed price discount was to be "subtracted" from the cost. Our promo was everything would be the same price at 500php. Some items became Php40 only because the cost was originally 540. Support is also not live...you need to wait hours for one reply. So after the very tedious process we are finally unsubscribing and deleting the app from our store.

About the draft feature, it operates based on your browser’s local storage. It seems there might have been an issue with your browser settings or a possibility that the “discard draft” button was inadvertently clicked. We ensure that this feature has been rigorously tested across all popular browsers to avoid such issues. We recommend checking your browser settings to confirm that cookies are enabled, which helps in saving and retrieving drafts effectively. Concerning the pricing issue, we realize there was a misunderstanding regarding the discount type used. The "fixed discount" subtracts a set amount from the original price, which in your case, led to the unintended low pricing of some items. For future campaigns where you wish to price all items at PHP 500, using the “set price” feature will achieve this uniformly. We believe we addressed this in our last email and are happy to clarify further or assist in setting this up correctly. me estan cobrando sobre la venta de productos aun no siendo utilizada la aplicación. la verdad no lo recomiendo. cobra por instalar la aplicación y tambíen por cada producto vendido en el descuento y tambíen si no tienes programada ninguna oferta.

Vi havde et udsalg der skulle køre fra kl. 20.00 - kl. 20.30 var alle vores produkter først nedsat korrekt. Vi brugte 10.000 kr. i SMS udsendelser til vores kunder, de fik en flad fornemmelse da de kom ind kl. 20.00 og tingene ikke var sat ned. Super skuffende og dyr oplevelse med Disco.....

Hi there We just checked your sale collection here: https://pitaya.dk/collections/udsalg?page=1 All prices seem to be marked down correctly now. I have also reached out on e-mail. Unfortunately, we can only activate one sale at a time per store to avoid conflicts and discount stacking. Since you had created 32 individual sales starting simultaneously, they activated one-by-one with a bit of delay between each sale starting. This constraint is stated in the FAQ, however I can see it was definitely not communicated well enough from our side. To avoid this issue, ensure that you do not unnecessarily create multiple sales with same start and end time. For instance, instead of creating two individual 10% off sales for two different products, we advise you to create one 10% off sale including both the products. I sincerely apologize for the bad experience and will gladly refund you the subscription fee. Best regards John

App stacked discounts, resulting in selling products at a loss. The app doesnt work - DO NOT take the risk and install. Does not work as it was meant to.

Not easy to use, I cannot change the products, I cannot see how to change colors, Is so complicated I don't see how to edit anything

Hi I am sorry to hear you found the app hard to use. You can change the colors of the countdown timer and announcement bar under the "Design" page. It is the button right next to "Create sale". I am not sure what you mean when you say, you cannot change the products. However, you can easily change the product selection of a sale.
