This app is incredibly effective, bringing exactly what I wanted. It show the discount badges at the products image and it's super easy to use. Congrats! Recommend.

Because within an hour I have tried selecting products and discounts And when I wanted to edit, this told me that you have to subscribe to edit
Hi there Thanks for letting us know why you uninstalled. As shown in the app listing, the free plan includes 40 product discounts per month. So when your product selection exceeds that, we kindly ask you to subscribe to a paid plan. We even provide you a 14-day free trial. The app is great, I didn't have a problem. The only conflict was it's cross-functionality between discounts. My store has discounts with codes, automatic discounts, and discounts that can/cannot be combined with others. This app only allows you to apply automatic discounts - and for that, I cannot use this app. Hope to see more compatibility in the future

Great application for sale pages, product discounts and sale timer. Can create landing page for you with products and banners.

Very cool app. Added a BFS to our shop in under an hour, looked great, worked well. The only thing I don't understand is why this app charges monthly and yet it's for one weekend every year. There's just no point in paying for it for a year to use it once. I'll be canceling and re-installing next year. This means the devs don't get paid (which they should as it's a great app). They should charge a one-off fee which I would happily pay.

Generally good and reliable. Applying discounts takes several minutes. Products not clickable; navigation not great. Speed of app, improved navigation, quality of life features like coping information, better form-field entry, improve usability ... are deprioritized over an increasing amount of bloat features.
Hi there Thank you for the feedback. We try to strike a balance between improving user experience and adding new features requested by users. Regarding "copying of information", we recently released a feature to copy previous sales, have you tried that? From the dashboard, you click the "duplicate" icon on a sale to copy its information into a new sale creation form. We are also planning on adding an easier way to see excluded collections & products of a live sale, as we spoke about. PLEASE DELETE YOUR SALES FROM MY STORE. I DELETED YOUR APP BUT THE SALES REMAIN, IT S A VERY BIG PROBLEM
Update: All sales have now been disabled from our side. We would love to automatically remove discounts when merchants uninstall the app, unfortunately, our access is revoked in the second you press uninstall, so there is nothing we can do except ask for merchants to reinstall temporarily. To deactivate the sales, do the following: 1. Install Disco (just the free plan). 2. On each active sale, press the Deactivate-button. 3. Wait for each sale to show an "Inactive" badge. Vi havde et udsalg der skulle køre fra kl. 20.00 - kl. 20.30 var alle vores produkter først nedsat korrekt. Vi brugte 10.000 kr. i SMS udsendelser til vores kunder, de fik en flad fornemmelse da de kom ind kl. 20.00 og tingene ikke var sat ned. Super skuffende og dyr oplevelse med Disco.....
Hi there We just checked your sale collection here: https://pitaya.dk/collections/udsalg?page=1 All prices seem to be marked down correctly now. I have also reached out on e-mail. Unfortunately, we can only activate one sale at a time per store to avoid conflicts and discount stacking. Since you had created 32 individual sales starting simultaneously, they activated one-by-one with a bit of delay between each sale starting. This constraint is stated in the FAQ, however I can see it was definitely not communicated well enough from our side. To avoid this issue, ensure that you do not unnecessarily create multiple sales with same start and end time. For instance, instead of creating two individual 10% off sales for two different products, we advise you to create one 10% off sale including both the products. I sincerely apologize for the bad experience and will gladly refund you the subscription fee. Best regards John

App stacked discounts, resulting in selling products at a loss. The app doesnt work - DO NOT take the risk and install. Does not work as it was meant to.

We take this matter very seriously, and have already fixed this error so it won't occur again. This app works perfectly for what I needed. The countdown timer on a for-sale product was not showing up correctly on my site, but I reached out to support and they were able to get it positioned perfectly and everything is working great now! I love being able to automatically add a product tag to parts while they're on sale and remove it when the sale ends. This allows me to have an "On Sale" collection that automatically changes for different items during a sale. This app is easy to use and does a great job. I highly recommend it to anyone that likes to run short-term sales with ease. Thanks!
