Discount Genie is an amazing app and an even more impressive support and development organization. We have an (apparently) complex standard discounting scenario. Once I realized that it couldn't be accomplished natively in Shopify I spent weeks going through demo after demo with apps that ultimately couldn't meet our needs. After one inquiry to Shopstack they quickly arranged a call and not only told me that our scenario could be accomplished but literally showed me live in the app. Recently we found some unexpected behavior with a new promotion and the team responded with an all hands on deck approach to make sure we got sorted. They quickly zeroed-in on showing me how to correct the set-up mistake that I had made and that was it. They then spent time educating me and my team on other features we might want to take advantage of and how to improve and streamline our existing discounts with a number of tips and tricks. Even a peek into upcoming releases! The team's enthusiasm for their work really comes through in the fit, finish, and functionality of this app. Really one of the best on the platform.

Great interaction with Cust Service Rep, Aaron. Had a complex discount issue other apps couldn't see to work. This one see to be the one. So far so good!

Incredible app, have used a number of discount apps in the past. This is the most user friendly and support is incredible (& freindly). Not that I expect it....but support was even incredible on the weekend!

Incredible customer service from Discount Genie. I had a complicated promotion and needed immediate help, and their team walked me through every step to make sure everything worked correctly. They truly made me feel like a priority. I would definitely recommend them.

The plugin works flawlessly. but the best thing about them is the support. They are extremely responsive and even added 2 whole new features for us! Really saved our butts with the new features and solving our issue. 100% these guys know what they are doing!

Very comprehensive feature set that can handle multiple discount types with complex scenarios. The Discount Groups help us work around Shopify limitations with concurrent discount offers and the property-based qualifiers open up even more possibilities. Support from Aaron and team has also been top notch!

Amazing app! We were able to utilize some of these unique discount setups to propel our Black Friday Cyber Monday campaign to record numbers. Support is top-notch, went above and beyond to help us.

We were looking for a discount app which fits all our use cases. Discount Genie replaced 2 other apps. Functionality that was missing was promptly built into the app by Aaron and his team. Perfect, consistently fast communication and high quality software. I would recommend you give this app a try, I'm sure you will keep using it!
