Support needs significant improvement. I've been chasing, but they just don't get back to you! They send automated emails, but never actually answer your questions or requests. When the support guys DID eventually get back, they made the app live on our store with a bug that affected checkout, even after I specifically said: "Do NOT to make the app live unless the bug is fixed". Well, the bug is still not fixed, support just enabled the app anyway, and now they won't respond, this is the 3rd time I've tried to get this app to work, it works perfectly on another store, and without the bugs, it can do the job, but without the right support, it's useless. Really disappointing.

I am using the app to show the discount code on mobiles. Some of them display it a bit later down the checkout process so it may be to some extent confusing. The app places it wherever needed. Works great and hassle free. The support team got back to me in no time. Every time. Keep up the good work there!

The support team got back to me in seconds! They were able to do all the coding and really tailored the style of the box to fit my stores theme. I would recommend this if you are selling to older audiences because they can have trouble finding the discount code box and that can decrease conversions.

Love it! The reason I ended up looking for an app that will add the discount code option and show the price difference is because the first time a customer signed up for emails to get a discount, they clicked a button after that said apply discount. They decided not to buy when they got to the cart and the automatic discount didn't show up there, and they didn't realize it would apply at checkout and not in the cart. The app developers really improved on a major opportunity with the Shopify cart and checkout system by making this app and this app will be a must in all my stores. Support was great at helping me integrate the app into my store and did an amazing job. It fits seamlessly with the theme and works amazingly. Thanks!

Such an awesome app and great support team. I downloaded the app just yesterday and I couldn't be happier. If you want your discounts or promo codes reflected in the cart this is the app to get hands down.

Really sad I have to uninstall this app. I really loved it when it worked but have been trying to get support for a critical issue where customers can not add the discount code and the "Apply" button just spins and spins and never does anything. Luckily a customer notified me about this but I can't imagine how many frustrated customers I lost because the app wasn't and isn't functioning. Hope you fix the issues with this and sorry to have to say goodbye.

I use this app to have a coupon box at tge checkout page. This is the best app Ever!! I tried many and expensive ones... This app is not expensive at all , team workers are soo nice , they’re always there to help you out. Service is quick and ashrit from team work help me customize my box exactly the way i wanted without asking even 1 penny !!! This is what i call professionalisms ! Not only it’s a box for code, it also show the total after discount before checkout wich customers really like!! A1 , i recommend this App to everybody that has a e-store . You definitely need it

it doesn't work anymore. We can't add the promo code. I lost a lot of sales with this error... Fix it quickly

it stopped working, customers can no longer apply discount codes, the button on the cart page does not do anything. Even on the admin end it shows a blank page when i click on the app. I lost a lot of potential sales due to this.

This is a great application that is easy to use out of the box and can be fully customized by your own developer with the assistance of the team at Dcode. It is well worth the small cost.
