The app doesn't seems to work properly, it doesn't recognize active discounts as valid. After I contacted support team about the issue, they replied me at least one time asking me disc. codes for testing purposes then they disappeared, leaving me without any further answer. A bit unreliable,I don't recommend it.

It works for a month or two then stops working. You won't even realize that customers are having a terrible experience and abandoning their orders during the cart step. The easiest way to work with this app is to repeatedly uninstall and reinstall. The author rarely communicates or follows up with support issues.

1. The app does not work and its damaging my business 2. I raised the issue twice but have had no customer support 3. In summary this is a terrible app with even worse customer service.

After 2 messages I got no reply from the support. The app randomly stopped working, I installed it again, worked for a couple of days, then stopped working again

Customers constantly complained that the discount code box gets stuck in an endless loading loop and never actually applies the code. Reached out multiple times with no resolution. Decided to try a different app that seems to have all good reviews. Such a shame as this app looked great and was easy to install but again was not reliable for us at all.

I dont know why this APP have so many good reviews. It happens often that it shows that the discount code is not valid. You get no notifications from the App that the App is not working.

This app used to work fine, but as some others reviews here say, one day it just stopped working. All our active and advertised discount codes suddenly started appearing as "invalid" in the cart, despite working in checkout. Obviously it affected our conversion on that day and we had loads of customers contacting us. The app support is non-existent. Same as below - we had NO REPLY IN DAYS! Deleting the app now and going with an alternative.

Our app is now compatible with the new Checkout version and and there are security measures in place to prevent the app from failing in case of an incompatible update in the future. I'm happy to personally assist you set up the app again if you're willing to give it another try and refund you the last three months of app fees.

Poor service. The app has stopped working for last 5 days and there is no reply from the support team. Eventually had to uninstall the app.

run away from these guys, the app stopped working for 3 months and they still took the money when I asked them to fix it and refund me the 3 months they said they cannot do either. I won't recommend this app to anyone

The app started to play up, refresh the page multiple times and show incorrect calculations. Support just brushed it off, now won't reply. Looking for an alternative. Don't waste your time.

The support team is not active. I need help to configure the app on my store so I'm with the live chat support team from the last 4-5 hours and getting each response after 12 hours. I would say to focus on customer service.

Support needs significant improvement. I've been chasing, but they just don't get back to you! They send automated emails, but never actually answer your questions or requests. When the support guys DID eventually get back, they made the app live on our store with a bug that affected checkout, even after I specifically said: "Do NOT to make the app live unless the bug is fixed". Well, the bug is still not fixed, support just enabled the app anyway, and now they won't respond, this is the 3rd time I've tried to get this app to work, it works perfectly on another store, and without the bugs, it can do the job, but without the right support, it's useless. Really disappointing.

it stopped working, customers can no longer apply discount codes, the button on the cart page does not do anything. Even on the admin end it shows a blank page when i click on the app. I lost a lot of potential sales due to this.

Worthless app. The free has no worth and trial is terrible. They customize the cart but it has no use. Doesn't reply to emails and doesn't cancel the trial.

Hi there, I'm sorry to see that you weren't satisfied with our app. We tried to contact you multiple times, but couldn't get a response from you. By uninstalling Dcode, the trial gets canceled automatically. As far as I can see in my dashboard, no charges were made to you.
