Discounty: Bulk Discount Sales

Great app with useful features. I had an issue with the progress/shopping bar, but the support team fixed it quickly. Excellent customer support. The app would be even better if these bugs were resolved before release.

The app works well, and they have a responsive and helpful support team. We made a request for some customization to help clarify messaging for our customers on the front end, and it took 8 months but they did make the change available.

Great app if you want to stack discount codes and has great customer service if your having trouble setting the codes up. Price is a little expensive and the 2 basic price points don't include the more advances code set up - which is why I downloaded the app as Shopify doesn't allow stacking. Overall, a great app

Love these guys their customer service is top notch!

This app is great if you if you only have one market or if you don't have fixed pricing. Its a quick way to apply and remove discounts but doesn't work if you have fixed prices. Customer service gets 5-stars though, they are always knowledgeable, speedy, and efficient. Special thanks to Nilou for solving my issue in minutes.

Miles was absolutely wonderful—so kind and helpful! Their customer service is truly excellent. The only thing to note is that since we sell internationally and had fixed prices set for various regions, it became quite complicated to apply discount pricing. I had to manually adjust each region's pricing to non-fixed in order for the discounts to work properly. This app works perfectly if you're selling locally or not using fixed pricing structures. Overall, it’s a great tool with outstanding support.

The Discounty app was easy to set up and had my first sale running within minutes. I really like they use common language and you don't need a degree in marketing to understand how to setup your first sale. Right after installing they have a on-boarding team member contact you via chat to let you know they are here to help if you run into issues, which was nice.

Great app for easy product discounting! Some work is needed in setting up the products in your store but easy to use once this is done. Team is also very helpful troubleshooting any issues - Pearl recently helped us out on a very confusing problem very quickly! Thanks team.

Melika is very helpful. I wish that discounty has feature for customer eligibility. That'd be perfect.

The app and my website theme weren't totally compatible and were both showing the "savings" in the cart (ie: the "savings" under the Subtotal were appearing twice, once from my theme and once from the Discounty App. I spoke with Nareh via chat and had it sorted within a few minutes. This is my first time using this app, but so far my experience has been good.

Great customer service and pretty easy! Just make sure to read carefully and disable any other apps that affect pricing.
