The app was excellent for setting up our black friday tiered discount offer. And the chat support is great, I always get a response within minutes even when it's after hours. Stella is always extremely helpful.

The app is very easy to use and setting up the discounts is user friendly! If you have any questions the customer service is very quick! Pearl was amazing and so quick to respond! would definitely recommend! Thank you Pearl!

Great customer service, app works intuitively. Price jump to the Ultimate plan is a bit steep, but overall a 5 star experience. Shout out to Miles!

The app does exactly what I needed, including a discount rule based on products from different collections. Support was fast and very helpful — I spoke with Pearl, who solved everything quickly. Highly recommend!

The service is outsanding. The team are available for all your needs and customizations. The only reason I would say it needs improvement is the App does not allow you to choose which free shipping threshold you want so people can get choose free express if they go over the threshold. Hoping this feature is altered so we can continue to use Discounty in the future.

So far so good - using it for a tiered Black Friday discount and Pearl on support was an incredible help getting the widget set up correctly and giving us lots of options for customisation. A few little quirks but overall really happy, and glad Pearl got it looking nice and matching our store.
