Grace was honestly amazing. She didn’t just help me with the app itself, she even went out of her way to assist with something related to my theme, which technically wasn’t her area. You don’t often see that kind of dedication. Really appreciate how patient and thoughtful she was throughout.

I installed the app and immediately tried creating my first campaign — everything was super easy and intuitive! The range of available options perfectly fits the needs of most stores. I needed some help setting up the widget that encourages customers to buy using quantity discounts, and Pearl was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and lightning-fast in explaining how to configure it. Support at this level really makes the app stand out — highly recommended!
