I’m very satisfied with the service. The chat support was excellent, I only waited about 2 minutes and Sam was incredibly efficient, solving my issue within just a few minutes. Overall, a very smooth and positive experience!

The level of service here is unbelievable. I wanted a little extra widget and Grace helped me set it all up, she even coded it specially as I wanted it to look. I absolutely loathe setting up apps, and was thinking i might try something else because of my lack of skill... but Grace did nearly everything for me and it was so easy. Cannot recommend Discounty and their service highly enough. Thank you

I have utilised the tiered discount on discounty which i was unable to do on shopify without the coding knowledge required. I had some issues ending my sale, but Sam was very helpful and we got sorted.
