Dela was a big help in setting us up with the app. We we're looking for a specific, widget free automatic tiered discount on specific products as she guided us on how to do it. Big help, good support :) Recommend!

A couple of teething issues with the first discount I launched so went through to their CS team on livechat. Nilou came through to me straight away and spent so much time with me identifying the initial problem, rectifying, then going on to coach me through analytics and further planning with it. I have just downloaded it and it seems to have more options than I expected, the best thing is his constant direct assistance, in particular Miles has been very friendly and available, I hope to always be able to talk to him.
