I had a great experience with Discounty on Shopify. I want to give a special shoutout to Dela for her fantastic customer support. She was incredibly responsive and resolved my issue very quickly and efficiently. It’s not often you find support this good — thank you, Dela, for making everything so smooth!

Great app and fantastic support! I’ve been using Discounty to run a 10% store-wide campaign, and everything is working perfectly. The app updates the prices and shows the discount clearly with the original price crossed out — exactly what I needed. Huge thanks to Pearl from the support team! She helped me customize the style to match my store’s look and made the whole process super smooth. Really appreciate the fast and friendly help. Highly recommended!

I use it to implement discounts to multiple product on a schedule when we have a sale, works excelent. Also, the support is quick and responsive

Grace was so helpful. She helped us get everything set up as soon as we set up our first campaign so there was no need to worry and spend extra time trying to figure things out. We're excited to offer our customers these tiered discounts in such an easy manner.

So far i have only used this app for the free trial and it has been easy to use. I ran into an issue with a campaign and reached out to the customer service team. Rick helped me sort out the issue immediately. I was impressed with the efficiency. I would recommend
