The Discounty app was easy to set up and had my first sale running within minutes. I really like they use common language and you don't need a degree in marketing to understand how to setup your first sale. Right after installing they have a on-boarding team member contact you via chat to let you know they are here to help if you run into issues, which was nice.

The integration was quick and seamless. Pearl was incredibly helpful, resolving our queries promptly and guiding us smoothly through the Discounty setup process.

Great app and fantastic support! I’ve been using Discounty to run a 10% store-wide campaign, and everything is working perfectly. The app updates the prices and shows the discount clearly with the original price crossed out — exactly what I needed. Huge thanks to Pearl from the support team! She helped me customize the style to match my store’s look and made the whole process super smooth. Really appreciate the fast and friendly help. Highly recommended!

I use it to implement discounts to multiple product on a schedule when we have a sale, works excelent. Also, the support is quick and responsive

Grace was so helpful. She helped us get everything set up as soon as we set up our first campaign so there was no need to worry and spend extra time trying to figure things out. We're excited to offer our customers these tiered discounts in such an easy manner.

So far i have only used this app for the free trial and it has been easy to use. I ran into an issue with a campaign and reached out to the customer service team. Rick helped me sort out the issue immediately. I was impressed with the efficiency. I would recommend
