Everything works perfectly! I'm especially impressed with Mason's assistance – his help with creating discounts and refining the design has been outstanding. His attention to detail and proactive support made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

A couple of teething issues with the first discount I launched so went through to their CS team on livechat. Nilou came through to me straight away and spent so much time with me identifying the initial problem, rectifying, then going on to coach me through analytics and further planning with it. I have just downloaded it and it seems to have more options than I expected, the best thing is his constant direct assistance, in particular Miles has been very friendly and available, I hope to always be able to talk to him.

The discounty app was so easy to set up and works perfectly. I am using bulk discounts and wanted to display the table. The table only displayed the % discount, but I wanted to show the price per unit. It's not yet a feature, the Sam from the support team raised this as a feature request and will let me know when it's built. Great app and customer service.

The app is great. I needed help to combine it with other discounts and the Customer Care team member Pearl was kind enough to go through every step and make sure the issue was solved.
