I haven’t had much experience with the app itself yet, as I just installed it today. However, my first impression is definitely positive. What already deserves a clear 5-star rating is the outstanding support I received from Stella. She quickly found solutions and even implemented several customizations to better fit my needs—all while I’m still on the free plan. Amazing support!!

Instale y tuve dificultades con el widget, pero Mason me asistió y con ayuda de traductor se comunicó conmigo en español, lo que se aprecia mucho. finalmente quedo todo operativo sin problemas.

I had some trouble getting the app to work with the store, but Miles was absolutely amazing! He quickly figured out the issue and got everything running smoothly again. He was fast, efficient, and super helpful—I really appreciate his support!

Installed Discountly today. Was fairly easy to set up but i did have one issue where "fixed prices" on my products were preventing the discounts from working. Melissa in customer services identified this after a bit of trouble shooting, once i sorted that problem the discounts applied and the integration with my store looks amazing.

Nice app that does what it says and support is there to help however you need or make customizations in a flash. Easy recommend.

App seems to work good. Faced some difficulties at first with creating the right collection/Tags but I have had a very good help from Melissa. This way I was able to set up my test campaing (trial period), that makes extending to an paid subscription. Thanks Melissa!

Discounty App is very user friendly and easy to use. Their Support Team is very excellent and supportive. Miles and Mason understood our query and explained the steps to be taken to resolve our query. They ensured that our query was resolved after explaining and providing the steps to do so. Would highly recommend this app.
