The team member was super patient and helpful. A very short wait (60 secs) to get a human to replace the bolt! We worked thought some trouble shooting and the conversation was easy to follow. The start up is very restrictive, but a good way to see if it is worth an upgrade

Amazing app and even better support! Discounty has been a game-changer for our store. Setting up tiered discounts and promotions was so easy, and it’s already helping us increase our average order value.
