So far i have only used this app for the free trial and it has been easy to use. I ran into an issue with a campaign and reached out to the customer service team. Rick helped me sort out the issue immediately. I was impressed with the efficiency. I would recommend

A couple of teething issues with the first discount I launched so went through to their CS team on livechat. Nilou came through to me straight away and spent so much time with me identifying the initial problem, rectifying, then going on to coach me through analytics and further planning with it.
