Just got started with this app and reached out to support since this was all new to me. They were very responsive! The App is great so far. Better than what I was using. Easy to use. Stella, the customer support agent was incredible. She answered all my questions, was very patient and even offered to do customizations at no charge! Wish customer service was like this everywhere! So many of these other apps are never available or slow to reply. Kudos to the Discounty team!!

Works great! It's surprising that some basic features, which one would expect Shopify to include, require an additional app like this. Nonetheless, the app performs exceptionally well, and I highly recommend it.

Don't usually do reviews, but Pearl from Discounty did an excellent job to sort out a feature which was beyond expected. It does increase my sales as it can promote a bestseller function inside the campaign structure. Listen... I'm not easily impressed. But holy moly, i didn't expect help that fast. Even on the free tier! Wow. Definitely buying a subscription if my business takes off. Stella is awesome, understanding and lightning fast. I'll keep it short and leave it like that. There is nothing more to say than holy cow.

Excellent customer service. had an issue with template compatibility, however this was resolved quickly and efficiently. Hopefully the fast responsive customer service will continue.
