I just downloaded this app for my online website and I immediately had help from Sam. I had a few questions and she helped me and showed me the results. She was quick to respond and help.

I was amazed how quickly I got responses in the Live chat window. At first Nilou helped me with my multiple questions. A little bit later I had new questions and wrote to the same chat window and almost immediately I had help from Miles. Both colleagues from support have solved all my questions. Now everything works as I needed it:)

plugin muito bom. O que poderia ser feito era organizar os arredondamentos de porcentagens. Por exemplo, se eu coloco um desconto de exatamente 25%, na minha loja aparece em alguns produtos 24%.

I had a minor issue with the product page not showing the discount tiers, and Nareh from their support was super quick to fix it. So far, the best app I have tried on Shopify in terms of support.
