This app is new to me and let me tell you that their customer service rocks. Their agent Miles walk me through the setup of my black Friday sales step by step, tested it for me and even contacted me on Saturday to ask how things were doing. I fully recommend this app, and Miles! Sara Bergeron

Very easy to use for when we wanted to get a storewide discount up from scratch for BFCM. When we needed some assistance for the countdown timer, Miles from Discounty assisted promptly and with courtesy!

Brilliant app to schedule my black friday sales. I was having issues with my theme display (not related to this app) but Stella was also able to help me with this, fixing the issue really quickly. I'm really happy with the service and the functionalities - allows you to get organised a lot in advance, which is brilliant for a small business.

Discounty is a game-changer! The app itself is awesome—so many features and endless ways to customize discounts. But honestly, the customer service is what sold me. Mason, you’re a legend! I hit him with a million questions and requests, and he helped with everything super quickly, no hesitation, and was genuinely friendly the whole time. Super simple and great app. Exactly what I needed. Support from Mason was great. The only recommendation for the app would be the ability to self move Blocks on the Products page, for example, the Countdown timer. Other than that, perfect!

I had an issue with my campaigns not returning products correctly due to a bug on Shopify's side. The Discounty support team, especially Harry, provided outstanding assistance. He suggested using product tags as a workaround and guided me through the process patiently. Their responsiveness and professionalism made a frustrating situation manageable. Highly recommend!
