I was amazed how quickly I got responses in the Live chat window. At first Nilou helped me with my multiple questions. A little bit later I had new questions and wrote to the same chat window and almost immediately I had help from Miles. Both colleagues from support have solved all my questions. Now everything works as I needed it:)

Sam is really helpful to my queries

The app is really easy to navigate, has a lot of the features I was looking for and any issues I had were quickly resolved with the help of Miles.

I had a minor issue with the product page not showing the discount tiers, and Nareh from their support was super quick to fix it. So far, the best app I have tried on Shopify in terms of support.
