It's my first time trying this app and so far the experience has been great. Especially the proactive support from Emma who discovered a mistake in my setup (my own mistake), and guided me to fix it so all discounts were applied properly. Great experience with this support - and we cannot wait for our first campaign to go live within the next couple of hours with this new discount system.

If you need more complex discount structures than are available natively from Shopify then this is the app to use. Better than the app is the support team - super focused on customer success and really willing to go deep. Stella was able to figure out that the reason Discounty wasnt working as expected was because of a mistake I made on the Shopify side. That’s real customer support. Thanks Stella. You’re a rockstar.

This app, Discounty, is the best discount and combination app ever! It's the only app that allows me to set discounts for each product variation. I mean it—it's truly the best! Especially, Mason was incredibly helpful in setting up a complex discount for me. I really appreciate his support. Thank you so much again, Mason!

This has been the best way for our online store to display our current sales and discounts! We love the set up - it's easy to see what we need to modify to make sure we're showing the right promotion. Being able to schedule out our promotions and add them to specific SKUs has been a godsend. Customer support is readily available and works quickly to give you the resolution you need while being friendly! I would highly recommend and look forward to using more of Discounty in the future.

This is undoubtedly an excellent app to run discount campaigns. Easy to manage and they have a highly efficient live chat support. They patiently and kindly solved my doubts about the app working. Frankly very recommendable
