Setting up my first campaign was very easy. The products on my page were updated with the discounted price quickly and there was just a minor bug with the cart not showing the money saved. I reached out to their support and Pearl was able to solve the issue within 2 minutes. Now customers can see the discount and saved amount in the cart as well. I am impressed!

I am very satisfied with the Discounty app which allows sellers a lot of flexibility and imagination in their commercial strategy. In addition, customer service and especially Nilou are top notch. Nilou knows the app perfectly and gives excellent advice. I recommend.

Emma @ Discounty - what a STAR. Wee hiccup with our theme and the app..all resolved within an hour an driving volume sales to our cart with bundle deals. Highly recommend this intuitive app, which performs everytime as described - with excellent support included.

The Discounty app worked perfectly for our various tiered discounts and promotions offered during the Black Friday Cyber Monday sales period. Set up and installation was super easy. We were helped by Pearl who made the process seamless and smooth. Pearl also helped us recently with a billing request, which was resolved immediately. Highly recommend and will be using for our Black Friday sale periods moving forward!

An easy to setup and use app, providing straightforward discounting options for your store. Great for a simple, visual way to boost AOV. Needed a little guidance with initial setup but Sam was prompt and super helpful.

I've had such a great experience with the Discounty app, and I want to give a huge shoutout to Miles from the Customer Care team. I had some trouble displaying the countdown timer on my product page, and Miles fixed it in no time. He even adjusted the position and color exactly how I wanted it—right below the price and in the same blue as my header! The support was quick, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Miles truly went the extra mile to make sure everything worked perfectly, and he even gave me helpful tips for future campaigns. It's my first time trying this app and so far the experience has been great. Especially the proactive support from Emma who discovered a mistake in my setup (my own mistake), and guided me to fix it so all discounts were applied properly. Great experience with this support - and we cannot wait for our first campaign to go live within the next couple of hours with this new discount system.

If you need more complex discount structures than are available natively from Shopify then this is the app to use. Better than the app is the support team - super focused on customer success and really willing to go deep. Stella was able to figure out that the reason Discounty wasnt working as expected was because of a mistake I made on the Shopify side. That’s real customer support. Thanks Stella. You’re a rockstar.
