I had some trouble getting the app to work with the store, but Miles was absolutely amazing! He quickly figured out the issue and got everything running smoothly again. He was fast, efficient, and super helpful—I really appreciate his support!
Installed Discountly today. Was fairly easy to set up but i did have one issue where "fixed prices" on my products were preventing the discounts from working. Melissa in customer services identified this after a bit of trouble shooting, once i sorted that problem the discounts applied and the integration with my store looks amazing.

Great app for easy product discounting! Some work is needed in setting up the products in your store but easy to use once this is done. Team is also very helpful troubleshooting any issues - Pearl recently helped us out on a very confusing problem very quickly! Thanks team.

App seems to work good. Faced some difficulties at first with creating the right collection/Tags but I have had a very good help from Melissa. This way I was able to set up my test campaing (trial period), that makes extending to an paid subscription. Thanks Melissa!
Discounty App is very user friendly and easy to use. Their Support Team is very excellent and supportive. Miles and Mason understood our query and explained the steps to be taken to resolve our query. They ensured that our query was resolved after explaining and providing the steps to do so. Would highly recommend this app.

Costumerservice is on point! fast and specific problem solving. Very competent employees, i will highly recommend this app.
Useful app for bulk-discounting. The filters make it convenient to follow markdown guidelines for our store. Customer Support is helpful as well. The AI Assistant needs slight improvement, but Dela was insightful in helping make product tags visible. (Limited to 250 tags)
