Sam was great helping us get started with Discounty. We were on Propel but they discontinued their app so we had to search for a new bulk editor. I talked with Miles via email and he reassured us that Discounty would work for us great and now Sam has shown that they provide excellent customer service help vis the chat. We've run our first test sale and everything looks great! Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Good functionality, easy to use and support was very quick and helpful. Pearl, helped a lot in figuring out an issue I had when setting up a campaign.

The App works very well for our use. The support is great! Very fast and kind and helpful. I am highly impressed on that support level. The chat is always in use and you get answers quick directly in the app with chat window. Thanky s al ot!

I recently installed the app and encountered some issues with the badge. I wasn't able to figure it out on my own, but I reached out to the support team and had the pleasure of working with Pearl. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind, and resolved my issue quickly. Highly recommend the app and their fantastic customer service.

Excellent app! Easy to manage and runs flawlessly. The support team is fantastic—any issues or misunderstandings were handled quickly and effectively. I just searched for an bundle discount or an discount for all products without having to manually change all prices and they even got more Feautures. Would recommend

This is the easiest solution we've found for tiered discounts without a lot of custom coding. We did have a small issue with our setup, but Miles was able to fix it (literally within minutes of submitting the request). A+ experience overall

I’ve been using the app for a while now, and I’m really satisfied with how handy it is for my business. The only issue I faced was resolved quickly, and Miles, the assistant, has been incredibly helpful and speedy in providing accurate, detailed responses. Highly recommend!

I had a few issues with my custom theme interfering with the app. Even when it says they are away, I have been getting timely help. Recently Dela helped me and she was quick and wonderful. She even offered to help with my countdown timer, which I had not asked for, but I'm so glad I have it now.
