I just worked with Hasti to set up my first campaign. Hasti was very quick to respond and was able to walk me through all the steps. Hasti was patient and offered many options for all my questions. The campaign works well but I wish I could add a Promo Label to the Cart/Checkout step so clients could associate the name of the promotion to the discount. Otherwise, for right now, the APP lets me exclude products with specific tags and that's what I need the most.

Einfach einzustellen mit tollen Optionen zur Anpassung an unser Theme. Der Support ist einmalig und Miles war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. So einen Support Mitarbeiter kann man sich nur wünschen.

The app is very easy to use. They have good quick customer service. Melika was great at answering our questions. The only issue with the app I see that can be a major issue, is that it discloses your sales data to your team. So if you're a company that doesn't disclose sales numbers / order volume with certain employees who will be using the app that will be an issue, however, hopefully they look into resolving this.

Melika was very kind and helpful in assisting me to learn this app. just started, but so far so good.
