Discounty is a game-changer! The app itself is awesome—so many features and endless ways to customize discounts. But honestly, the customer service is what sold me. Mason, you’re a legend! I hit him with a million questions and requests, and he helped with everything super quickly, no hesitation, and was genuinely friendly the whole time. It’s such a good feeling knowing there’s 24/7 support from people who actually care. Hands down the best experience I’ve had with any Shopify app. Thanks again, Mason!

I just downloaded the app and had some small issues with setting it up, but I got assisted very quick through the chat thanks to Samin!

Super simple and great app. Exactly what I needed. Support from Mason was great. The only recommendation for the app would be the ability to self move Blocks on the Products page, for example, the Countdown timer. Other than that, perfect!

I had an issue with my campaigns not returning products correctly due to a bug on Shopify's side. The Discounty support team, especially Harry, provided outstanding assistance. He suggested using product tags as a workaround and guided me through the process patiently. Their responsiveness and professionalism made a frustrating situation manageable. Highly recommend!

Sam was great helping us get started with Discounty. We were on Propel but they discontinued their app so we had to search for a new bulk editor. I talked with Miles via email and he reassured us that Discounty would work for us great and now Sam has shown that they provide excellent customer service help vis the chat. We've run our first test sale and everything looks great! Thank you for the excellent customer service.

I recently installed the app and encountered some issues with the badge. I wasn't able to figure it out on my own, but I reached out to the support team and had the pleasure of working with Pearl. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind, and resolved my issue quickly. Highly recommend the app and their fantastic customer service.

Excellent app! Easy to manage and runs flawlessly. The support team is fantastic—any issues or misunderstandings were handled quickly and effectively. I just searched for an bundle discount or an discount for all products without having to manually change all prices and they even got more Feautures. Would recommend

The app and my website theme weren't totally compatible and were both showing the "savings" in the cart (ie: the "savings" under the Subtotal were appearing twice, once from my theme and once from the Discounty App. I spoke with Nareh via chat and had it sorted within a few minutes. This is my first time using this app, but so far my experience has been good.

This is the easiest solution we've found for tiered discounts without a lot of custom coding. We did have a small issue with our setup, but Miles was able to fix it (literally within minutes of submitting the request). A+ experience overall

I’ve been using the app for a while now, and I’m really satisfied with how handy it is for my business. The only issue I faced was resolved quickly, and Miles, the assistant, has been incredibly helpful and speedy in providing accurate, detailed responses. Highly recommend!

L'app è un po' macchinosa da usare, ma una volta imparato il metodo di utilizzo va bene. Il servizio clienti è efficiente ed affidabile (specialmente Pearl, davvero gentile e disponibile). Consigliata!
