The function I needed to trial was going to cost over $70 USD so I disabled the app. The discounts still appeared incorrectly on the website even after disabling. Their chat AI bot was of no help and I couldn't find any articles in their help section on how to fix this.

To clarify, our ‘General discount campaigns’ adjust product and compare-at prices. If these campaigns aren’t deactivated before uninstalling the app, the discounts may remain active. It appears the app was uninstalled without deactivating the campaign, which caused the issue you experienced. While our AI bot forwarded your request to our team, we recognize that our response time didn’t meet your expectations, and for that, we apologize. We’re actively working to improve the AI bot’s efficiency, shorten response times, and ensure the app more clearly communicates essential steps—like deactivating campaigns before uninstallation—to prevent similar issues for future users. Great app overall, works well and good customer service. Only issue is that it doesn't support fixed pricing. Free for under 50 variants as well so you can test it before getting a plan

1. Installed and 2nd discount wouldn't work. 2. Messaged help desk. 3. Next day they apologized in email for not responding saying they were helping black Friday customers and couldn't get to our concerns. 4. Then they explained that their app isn't working with Shopofy collections despite being advertised and an option. 5. They asked us to handle the discount by either individually tagging or selecting all 2500+ items... by hand... Requested refund and deleting app as they have no resolution planned.

Great app and amazing support. Without it, BFCM would have been a nightmare to manage with our 200k products on the site. Highly recommended!

App had a little problem showing the countdown timers - but this app makes it super convenient to set discounts on multiple items without having to create a discount code. Also Customer service was SO FAST and helpful - shoutout to Nilou for their speedy assistance. I wish there was a feature to show the countdown timer on the website homepage during a sale, but maybe this will be a feature in the future.

I've been using the Discounty app to manage discounts on my Shopify store, and it works flawlessly. I ran into an issue with the slide cart widget not displaying discounts, but Miles from support quickly helped me resolve it by providing clear instructions and a code snippet. Great app, and fantastic customer service — highly recommended!
