Discounty: Bulk Discount Sales

Brilliant app to schedule my black friday sales. I was having issues with my theme display (not related to this app) but Stella was also able to help me with this, fixing the issue really quickly. I'm really happy with the service and the functionalities - allows you to get organised a lot in advance, which is brilliant for a small business.

I had an issue right before Black Friday and Pearl from the chat team was able to help me within minutes. She even took the hard work off my hands while I was busy fulfilling orders and fixed the issue on my site herself. Thanks so much <3

I just downloaded the app and had some small issues with setting it up, but I got assisted very quick through the chat thanks to Samin!

Super simple and great app. Exactly what I needed. Support from Mason was great. The only recommendation for the app would be the ability to self move Blocks on the Products page, for example, the Countdown timer. Other than that, perfect!

I had an issue with my campaigns not returning products correctly due to a bug on Shopify's side. The Discounty support team, especially Harry, provided outstanding assistance. He suggested using product tags as a workaround and guided me through the process patiently. Their responsiveness and professionalism made a frustrating situation manageable. Highly recommend!

The app and my website theme weren't totally compatible and were both showing the "savings" in the cart (ie: the "savings" under the Subtotal were appearing twice, once from my theme and once from the Discounty App. I spoke with Nareh via chat and had it sorted within a few minutes. This is my first time using this app, but so far my experience has been good.

This is the easiest solution we've found for tiered discounts without a lot of custom coding. We did have a small issue with our setup, but Miles was able to fix it (literally within minutes of submitting the request). A+ experience overall

Great customer service and pretty easy! Just make sure to read carefully and disable any other apps that affect pricing.
