I love this app. It has done everything I've needed to do, so far... And when there was issue, Nareh helped me fix it in no time. Definitely recommend this app.

This app is a major bonus for our store. We are able to stay competitive on pricing without having to jump through hoops. The app is super easy to set up and manage. If you run into a snag, customer service is AMAZING! They are very fast to respond, know their product inside and out, and accept recomendations as to how to (possibly) improve this great app. I highly recommend this app to anyone with a Shopify store (so, everyone!). I don't know what we would do with out it!

The developer team fixed my problem in like 35 minutes. So all I can say is that they provide a great service and good functionality with the app.

Very easy to set-up, intuitive interface, with significant value in the "free" and "lite" packages. I had an issue with discounts combining and got great customer service quickly. Check out the t-shirt bundle pricing on my store if you're curious. I recommend!

Discounty has been the most complete, most feature-rich discount app we have used, and we have used several. I would highly recommend this app for stores that utilize automatic volume-based discounting. Their support team is very quick to respond, and they were able to add a special feature for us and even squashed a bug quickly that was affecting our theme.

I have just installed Discounty and set up my first product discounts. Since I haven't used Discounty for long, this review is focused on the outstanding support I received during the process of setting up my first product discount with the app. I have many years of experience and am fairly tech-savvy, so my comments are colored by both my customer experience and my knowledge of the work that the support tech was actually doing on my behalf. I needed to display a discount table on the product page and I wasn't happy with the initial formatting, probably due to my theme. I also had other questions, so I contacted support via the chat and received a response from Dela within minutes - on a Saturday afternoon. She stayed with the chat, modified the app to my satisfaction, and answered all of my questions to the point that my first product discount table was at 100% of where I wanted it to be within hours of installation. I cannot express how impressed I am with the support I received. These folks have earned my respect and my business. Now I only have to cross my fingers and hope the app functions as well as the support! Having said all of the above, I have one minor disappointment/suggestion about the app - for my discount tables, I need to display a qty purchased and a corresponding discounted price rather than a percentage discount. Discounty does this and it looks good, but I have to enter those price numbers in the campaign tiers. I would prefer to calculate these discounted prices using a percentage off method to arrive at a price, in order to automate the update process. It's certainly not a dealbreaker, but would be nice. In summary, 5 stars and keep up the outstanding work. I'm on board.

Really nice app with convenience and easy operation. Support team is really helpful. Miles help us with some problems that are hard to find, being patient and kind, making sure our campaign could go well. Recommend!
