I'm still yet to see it's effectiveness on the sale day, but so far so good. Support is extremely helpful!

great app! i achieved exactly what i need with it. the customer service was great too! Stella was very helpful answering my questions. And the app is easy to set up and use. Highly recommended!

Dela spent nearly 3 hours with me going through the changes I needed. I was at work, so my replies were very slow; she was patient and read and tried to understand what I needed. Nothing seemed too complicated. I was honestly highly impressed with the level of customer service; it was the best. But most importantly, all the issues were sorted!

bonjour, je recommande cette application car c 'est elle qui me donne l 'envie de la recommander ! dès que j 'ai installé cette application, j 'ai pu être en contact avec un conseillé de Discounty . Et pas n 'importe lequel conseiller ! une personne qui a tout de suite mis une ambiance de confiance . et c 'est très important la confiance ... donc cette personne m 'a apporté toutes les réponses auxquelles je voulais un éclaircissement. Et je remercie donc cette personne qui se nomme : Monsieur MILES. très motivé à m 'aider à réussir mes actions dans le cadre de mon activité en Drop shipping via la vente et ses promotions. donc merci beaucoup encore à Monsieur MILES . cordialement .

I actually LOVE THIS APP! The customer service reps are extremely helpful and will assist you by adding the discounts to your website, which makes it very easy to apply your sales. This app has also increased my sales volume and in which customers are buying more products during checkout. Thank you so much, im glad i decided to keep this app!

We have been searching for an App that gives us the flexibility and control to run our sales campaigns as the standard settings in Shopify were a bit limited. Discounty has given us that capability, but more importantly they SUPPORT their product. We struck an issue and the Discounty team spent hours helping us work through it. They were super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend the product and most importantly their service. Richard

100% would recommend this app. The tech team were amazing and contacted us immediately after we encountered an issue, then stayed with us in real time throughout the whole process. We've used a number of sales driven apps before that have been super glitchy, but Discounty is in a league of its own. Don't bother with other apps, do yourself a favour and use Discounty!

Great app, really use to use and does what it says. We are launching a new campaign in 24 hours, so it was important to get it right, and understand it, pdq. Excellent service from Dela and the team.

Discounty app has been brilliant! Helped me getting all my offers done and schedule the offers as and when I want to, by creating the campaigns. Most importantly, saves a lot of my time of manual work. Also, no bugs or any spam or adware. Love this app. Thanks a lot

Très satisfait du service ! J'ai testé l'application hier et j'ai rencontré un bug qui n'était pas lié à Discounty, mais ils ont tout de même pris les mesures nécessaires pour que ma boutique revienne à la normale. Je recommande fortement pour le design intuitif et la prise en charge technique ultra-rapide de la part des développeurs. Merci à vous et continuez comme ça !

I love this app. It has done everything I've needed to do, so far... And when there was issue, Nareh helped me fix it in no time. Definitely recommend this app.

This app is a major bonus for our store. We are able to stay competitive on pricing without having to jump through hoops. The app is super easy to set up and manage. If you run into a snag, customer service is AMAZING! They are very fast to respond, know their product inside and out, and accept recomendations as to how to (possibly) improve this great app. I highly recommend this app to anyone with a Shopify store (so, everyone!). I don't know what we would do with out it!
