I've just installed the app, it seems very easy to navigate. I had a bit of an issue with my widget not showing up, But Nareh at customer service was so kind and speedy! They got me up and running in a matter of minutes! I look forward to using the app during the upcoming holiday season & am grateful to know that if I ever have any questions or concerns regarding the app and customer service is more than willing to help in a timely manner!

Nareh is extremely helpful. The price is higher than I would like to pay, but it was one of the only apps I could find that did exactly what I needed it to. Thanks to Nareh I got it up and running ASAP.

Brilliant app and the support has been fantastic! Super easy to set up and is doing everything we needed it to do. Special shout out to Sam came back within minutes on any questions and resolved super quickly.
So far so good! Installed Discounty for BFCM offers and it was quick and easy to set up and had the offer structures I needed, unlike lots of other discount-related apps I have tried in the past. Although I did not run into any issues, the support team was super helpful and proactive in validating the offers I had set up. Highly recommended!

The function I needed to trial was going to cost over $70 USD so I disabled the app. The discounts still appeared incorrectly on the website even after disabling. Their chat AI bot was of no help and I couldn't find any articles in their help section on how to fix this.

To clarify, our ‘General discount campaigns’ adjust product and compare-at prices. If these campaigns aren’t deactivated before uninstalling the app, the discounts may remain active. It appears the app was uninstalled without deactivating the campaign, which caused the issue you experienced. While our AI bot forwarded your request to our team, we recognize that our response time didn’t meet your expectations, and for that, we apologize. We’re actively working to improve the AI bot’s efficiency, shorten response times, and ensure the app more clearly communicates essential steps—like deactivating campaigns before uninstallation—to prevent similar issues for future users. We truly value your feedback and will follow up privately to ensure everything is fully resolved on your end.
Great app overall, works well and good customer service. Only issue is that it doesn't support fixed pricing. Free for under 50 variants as well so you can test it before getting a plan
1. Installed and 2nd discount wouldn't work. 2. Messaged help desk. 3. Next day they apologized in email for not responding saying they were helping black Friday customers and couldn't get to our concerns. 4. Then they explained that their app isn't working with Shopofy collections despite being advertised and an option. 5. They asked us to handle the discount by either individually tagging or selecting all 2500+ items... by hand... Requested refund and deleting app as they have no resolution planned.
Great app and amazing support. Without it, BFCM would have been a nightmare to manage with our 200k products on the site. Highly recommended!
