Yet to go live with the app, but the setup was very straightforward. And customer service was exceptional and fast! Sam was very helpful in formatting the widgets just as I'd like (and I'm very picky) and did so quickly and politely. The application works better than others I have tried and gives options to use discounts on specific products. I reached out to support for assistance on enabling specific discounts and changes to the widget and Miles was very helpful. I did try other apps beforehand however uninstalled them due to poor support. Would recommend Discounty.
