I've run into limitations with Shopify's own discount settings, so I turned to Discounty. While trying to set up an offer, it wasn't working as I intended, so I used their customer service, which was amazing! Sam talked me through what the problem was and how to overcome it, which worked perfectly and as I wanted. Brilliant service, and the app is simple and easy to use.

Otttimo programma, semplice da usare per la prima volta dopo 6 mesidi utilizzo c'è stato un piccolo problema. ma è stato risolto nel giro di poche ore, complimenti ai tecnici e a Nilou per l'asssistenza

Loving the time this app saves me by creating banners and timers that are easily shown on my website. Much easier than having customers input discount codes.

Works for all your needs. You can create different types of campaigns depending on your specific needs. The support is top notch, once you get past the AI :)) The AI is ok for simple troubleshooting and tutorials, but when you encounter more specific problems, human intervention is key.
