great app. clean and simple easy to use they have a few apps and they are very quick to respond when you need assistance.

The discounts load in about 1-2 minutes, which is great compared to a lot of other apps I've tried. Great live customer service and AI bot, spoke with Melika and she was quick to respond and submit my requests to her team. The app auto refreshes every 30 minutes, if you remove an item from the collection you do not need to refresh it. This is great, however there is no option to manually refresh it if you need a more immediate change, you would need to disable the discount and reactivate. Like I said it updates within 1-2 minutes, so if you have to do that it's not that bad. I sent in the feedback and hope that they can get this implemented, it would benefit a lot of customers!

I highly recommend this app. - After downloading and testing all available bulk discount apps, I found that this app has the cleanest UI and functions the best among Shopify's bulk discount apps. [1. Compatibility] We are very sensitive to conflicts with other apps regarding bulk discounts and have verified through testing that this app is compatible with other pricing apps. [2. Per Price Feature] One of the best features was displaying per-price pricing. This app is the only one that offers this feature among all other discount apps. It was evident that the developers considered the customer's perspective when designing the UI and providing services. Setting up features and configuring the app is also very convenient. [3. Customer Service] They responded promptly addressed our feedback and requests. Since we are a small company without dedicated developers, we mistakenly attributed website issues to this app and requested assistance. They kindly resolved the issue as part of their customer service. I'm truly grateful to the developers for their hard work, prompt responses to my inquiries, and excellent service.

One of the better apps we've encountered for managing quantity bulk discounts in store and although we identified a bug with the discounted price not converting into the non-default currency if selected, we raised this to the app developers who debugged and confirmed the issue and got it fixed relatively quickly.

I love this app - and the team behind it! Before using Discounty, I was losing money on the tiered discounts I was offering via the basic Shopify discounts, as I wanted to use the automated discounts, but couldn't specify specific product types or tiers to each discount, it would just give a blanket discount no matter what mix of products the customer purchased. By using Discounty, I have now set up tiered discounts for each product type, which the customer can see both at product level and in the cart. For me, I know this app will end up paying for itself, as I'm no longer losing margin when customers buy several different types of products. Customer support has been fantastic - my website is a little old, so needed the code tweaked to enable of couple of aspects that I needed. The team implemented these changes quickly and professionally. Big thanks to you all for the responsive customer service.
