This app needs some updating. First of all, you can't reach anyone about anything, so I hope you don't need help. Second of all, there is no product updating. You just have to hope that the item is still being manufactured if someone orders it. An item comes back? You won't know. Again, zero communication. Third, the products list is so clunky that I wonder if it was an afterthought. You see something you need to add or remove and you click on it. But then when you try to go back to the menu, you have to completely start over at the DDC Products page. There are some good things. They are good about updating prices so you can adjust accordingly, but you have to notice them. They don't tell you. They also don't provide a size chart or any "in use" photos. It's not a bad app, but it's not a great app either. Some of my complaints are probably more specifically with Mad Engine than the developer, but I can't seem to get in touch with anyone to let them know.

The idea is there but the execution is not. I have an order that’s aging a week and I’ve sent out multiple emails to support with no reply’s. Seems as if all the SKUs from my website to theirs were changed causing an issue with my order being processed. Now I’m afraid to try to market my website as the lead times for shipments seem way too extensive. 2-3 business days I get but any more than that and the customers start to get upset. Hoping they can flip this around as they billed me immediately but have yet to ship.

Update 8/28/25: I had to come back to my original and update it due to the lack of notification. With no warning, 90-95% of the Marvel shirts I sold were no longer available to sell. The only way I found out was a customer ordered a shirt that is no longer carried. I shouldn't have to come and periodically check one by one on what is still carried. Once they moved to all Disney, they took away quite a bit from the Marvel side. Now this side of my business will basically crumble. 11/14/23: I kept hovering between a 3-4 for this review when I originally had thought about a 4-5. The main reason is due to the customer service. If you're able to get someone, it used to take a couple days. I've been waiting 9 days for an email back with multiple emails since. Which also means it's taken over 9 days for the shirts to be printed and shipped to my customer. The only reason, I decided to give a 4 instead of a 3 is because of the shirts themselves and the previous track record. The shirts are pretty decent quality for the price and TYPICALLY ship pretty quickly. I hope all is okay over there but it's causing delays leading up to the busiest time of the year and I could only imagine what other sellers are going to face.

I've been having an issue with getting orders accepted by the Marvel app. one customer's order sat in processing for 9 days without being accepted by the app. when I personally order a product it goes through within a day or 2. the product quality is really good when it arrives but the customer service seems to be non-existent. I have been trying to contact them about the issue for over a week now without a response. The app is easy to install. It has a good variety of products and the garment quality is good. The customer service is broken.

Loads products super fast! I like the simple layout and the functionality of the sort functions. Was able to get up and running quickly.
