We had a falling out with another alert company after they accidentally unenrolled our ETHOCA alerts, spiking our chargebacks. Kapil at Disputely however was able to figure out a way to get our ETHOCA alerts re-enrolled while the other company said they had to wait for email responses. In the meantime the other companies have tried to scare friends of ours saying our company will not be protected if we migrate but that is false, they just had to approve a RDR email and communicate properly with the company your migrating to. The team here has gone far our of there way to help us. Thanks for being transparent and saving us money.

Love their system to prevent from being billed for duplicate alerts. Great service and the best RDR, CDRN & ETHOCA rates. Without them I probably wouldnt have payment processing right now.

Really good experience with Disputely so far, they catch alerts very early and it saves a lot of headache later. Their rates are also very competitive compared to other Apps I’ve used, and the setup process was smooth. Overall, it’s been a solid experience, and I’m happy with how Disputely helps me stay ahead of disputes without any hassle.

Tried other dispute and chargeback prevention softwares and had problems with them mapping alerts. This is the only company so far that went out of there way to reach out to us when they saw our alerts where not setup properly and made sure our store was properly protected.

They took no time at all to help me start fighting disputes once setup and helped me setup rules for chargeback alerts that made sense for my business. Very responsive support and an overall good experience so far.

Really solid service. The team is responsive, kind, and genuinely cares about helping merchants prevent chargebacks. They do a great job catching alerts early and stopping disputes before they hit online. Communication is clear just make sure to outline your needs so they can tailor things best for you. They’re always improving and adding new features, but so far everything’s been smooth and effective. Definitely a 10/10 experience so far!
